Remember these guys from last year? Their personalities have grown so much! Jack is embracing his new found skill of running and Aviley's sweet little ponytail matches her playful shyness. I love them! and I love their beautiful Mama.

Sprocket's Food Truck.

When I lived in Portland there was an entire town square dedicated to food trucks. You had your pick of food from all over the world all served fresh, quick and cheap. It was awesome. I was pretty stoked to hear Sprockets, a local bike shop in St Augustine, Florida, just opened a food truck right outside the shop! I don't live there anymore but since I've been here for about a 10 days or so I've been working my way through their menu and let me tell you, it is SO TASTY! They are using locally made vegan bread, local tempeh and other fresh ingredients. Derrick's there cooking up some magic. My top favs: the Tempeh Chili (seriously yummy) and the Tour de Vegi. As a side note, the yellow beach cruiser had my name all over it...
